Refund Policy

Carsloc is committed to providing a seamless and enjoyable car rental experience for all our customers. This policy outlines the procedures for canceling or modifying a car rental reservation.

Cancellation and Refund Terms:

  • Cancellation 24 Hours or More in Advance: For cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental start time, a full refund will be issued, minus any applicable administrative fees.
  • Cancellation Within 24 Hours or After Rental Commencement: If a reservation is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time or after the rental period has begun, a cancellation fee of up to [percentage]% of the total rental cost may be charged.
  • Force Majeure: In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, medical emergencies), the company may evaluate the request on a case-by-case basis and decide on the appropriate refund.
